Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner with a primary focus to support business groups – Integrated Systems Test (IST) and Global Customer Service (GCS) – within our Semiconductor Test Group. The role reports directly to the Senior HR Business Partner for Test & Corporate Groups, with a strong dotted-line partnership to the HR Business Partner responsible for the broader Semiconductor Test Group. The role operates at a senior, highly visible level and serves as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders across the respective organizations.

 

  • Lead strategic HR partnership for Integrated Systems Test and Global Customer Service, advising senior leaders on organizational and talent decisions that support business objectives.
  • Develop deep understanding of business strategy, operating models, and workforce needs to shape proactive people solutions and long-range talent plans.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR partners to execute workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and compensation programs with consistency and rigor.
  • Build organizational capability by assessing structure, leadership effectiveness, and development needs for senior leaders and key talent.
  • Support employee engagement, organizational risk management, and complex employee relations matters with a global mindset and strong emphasis on fairness and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to plan and implement change initiatives, including organizational, policy, and program changes, through clear communication and disciplined execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting senior and executive-level leaders in a strategic advisory capacity.
  • Strong experience across core HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment and translate business strategy into actionable people priorities.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and qualitative insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience leading organizational change, supporting leadership effectiveness, and building talent capability.
  • Comfort handling sensitive and complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, fairness, and compliance awareness.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve efficiency, strengthen insights, and support decision-making is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

 

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $150,100-$240,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

 

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
