Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an HR Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team within our Campus Recruitment function. This would be on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week) through early June. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, focusing on campus outreach, school events, and supporting the hiring process. You’ll work closely with our Talent and adjacent HR peers along with other internal stakeholders to help streamline how we attract and engage top talent while gaining a deep understanding of processes, organizational skills and managing task or deliverables.
- Support our Campus recruitment team in the planning and coordination of campus recruitment and school events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Learn the ins and outs of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campus recruitment initiatives, along with enterprise TA Partners to help supply early career talent.
- Develop creative solutions for bettering our process, enhancing candidate engagement and school / student body outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university and student organizations as it pertains to recruitment.

- Minimum education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in event planning and recruitment (professional, club, fraternity/sorority, sports, etc).
- Primary experience: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Primary skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Secondary skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
- Additional skills: Comfortable working in a team and independently, with a proactive mindset eager to learn from team members.
Preferences for the Role
- Prior experience with campus recruitment, event coordination, or HR internships is highly desirable (but not required!).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.
