Opportunity Overview
PCB Signal and Power Integrity Hardware Engineer
• Develop custom code and scripts to speed the process of set-up using Cadence tools, or developing software utilities that improve effectiveness or efficiency of our processes.
• Support PCB Layout efforts by assisting in Floorplanning and Stack-up trade-offs as well as defining routing constraints.
• Partner with HW circuit design teams to solve challenging High-Speed signal integrity and power integrity problems to meet tight specifications.
• Sustain/Ensure no design escapes or problems during bring-up and Design Verification by organizing and executing high priority simulations.

• BS or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Minimum 15 yrs experience (internships not included)
• Primary experience needed in Cadence, Ansys, Mentor Graphics or Keysight signal extraction tools (e.g. Allegro, Sigrity, HyperLynx, EM Pro, SI Pro, ect.)
• Primary skills required in Transmission-Line Theory, Frequency and Time Domain evaluation, and EM Fields.
• Above average skills needed in organization, planning, collaboration and communication
• Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CoPilot.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, tcl, or similar tools/languages is a plus.
• Some experience/skills in taking lab measurements is preferred but not necessary.
• Leading a team, and/or primary responsibility for a project is a plus.
