Responsibilities

  • This individual will serve as a Hardware Verification Engineer for QA test environment and associated tools for internal development across the UltraFLEX, UltraFLEXPlus, J750 and ETS platforms. 
  • He/She will be responsible for developing DC/High Current test concepts, coding the tests, debugging the tests, verifying the tests, and deploying the tests to the production team.
  • The individual will be programming in C#/.NET and C++ while working in a local team environment as well as communicating with an extended team based in North Reading, Agoura Hills, Buffalo Grove, and Costa Rica.   

 

Qualifications, Experience, Education required. 

  • Strong software skills in an object-oriented programming language
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or relevant experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in related fields 
  • Basic understanding of test techniques/methodologies
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
  • Programming experience in object-oriented software. (C# is a plus)
  • Experience with version control software.  (Rational Software Clear Case is a plus)
  • Experience in Microsoft windows and Microsoft applications (Microsoft .NET infrastructure is a plus)
  • Desire to grow into a lead role within the group on projects (experience leadership role is a plus)

 

This is a hybrid position based out of our North Reading, MA location.
