Organization and Role:

 

The IT Director of Corporate Strategic Solutions supporting with the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications and Business Development organizations and serving as the technological thought leader for advancing the strategic objectives of the business using innovative and industry best practices & technology solutions.  This role requires equal parts understanding of the business and technology needs required to sustain and drive positive change for the organization.  This role oversees strategic technology planning and the successful execution of technology initiatives related to the business units while driving the organization’s overall technology strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


•    In partnership with business leadership, create and manage an integrated business and technology strategy and roadmap to enable achievement of strategic objectives of the business
•    Promote innovative solutions to solve real business problems through business case development efforts and cross-functional prioritization
•    Understand how technology solutions are currently meeting business needs and help launch improvements to contribute to a more efficient and effective workplace 
•    Ensure successful change management and adoption for each implementation effort
•    Develop and manage budgets 
•    Provide portfolio and project management capabilities to ensure successful project completions
•    Drive service excellence, mitigate risks, gain value from key vendors and manage costs throughout the partnership lifecycle
•    Provide coaching and direction to team

 

Qualifications and Requirements:
•    BA or BS in a relevant business or technology field
•    10+ years of experience in IT, manufacturing or engineering processes and tools
•    Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams & global teams
•    Experience in an IT Business Relationship Management role

 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Solution oriented with a focus on business outcomes by way of best-in-class service delivery
•    Great listener with strong relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
•    Team player with great communication and presentation skills

 

Location & Travel:
•    Hybrid role based in North Reading, Massachusetts 
•    Ability to travel up to 1 week per quarter globally
