Opportunity Overview
The Infrastructure Systems Engineer II will support Teradyne’s IT Infrastructure & Operations team in maintaining a secure hybrid CMMC Level 2 enclave environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, operational support, documentation, and compliance activities across Windows and Linux servers, Palo Alto Networks firewall infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Government resources, and the Microsoft 365 GCC High collaboration tenant.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
- Support Linux server environments, including OS hardening, patch management, scripting, and service configuration.
- Maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama, supporting security profiles, rule reviews, and CUI data flow boundaries.
- Support Azure Government resources and Microsoft 365 GCC High services, including tenant administration, endpoint management, and security posture activities.
- Execute vulnerability scanning and remediation activities aligned to NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 requirements.
- Support SSP documentation, compliance evidence collection, change management, ITSM documentation, and incident response activities.
- Monitor system health, logs, and operational alerts while providing Tier 2 escalation support for enclave infrastructure.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience supporting secure, hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and patching.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration, including OS hardening, service configuration, and patch management.
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
- Experience with Azure or Azure Government resources and familiarity with Microsoft 365 GCC High.
- Understanding of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, CUI handling, or related regulated environments.
- Ability to document technical configurations, support compliance evidence collection, and participate in change management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to partner across IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with FedRAMP or DFARS environments, CIS Benchmarks or DISA STIGs, SIEM tools, vulnerability management platforms, and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification preferred.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $70,700-$113,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
