Opportunity Overview
The Learning & Talent Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent development programs across Teradyne. This position partners closely with the Talent Development team, Global Learning Champions, Human Resources, and external vendors to ensure a high-quality and consistent learning experience for employees worldwide.
This role supports the successful execution of onboarding, employee development, leadership development, mentoring, and enterprise learning initiatives while helping improve learning programs and processes across the organization.
Learning Program Coordination
- Coordinate global learning programs with Global Learning Champions, managing logistics, registrations, and materials.
- Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events end-to-end.
- Track timelines and deliverables, proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth execution.
Learning Operations & Administration
- Maintain the LMS, course records, enrollment, attendance, and evaluation data.
- Manage learning content on SharePoint and Teams.
Communications & Engagement
- Develop communications and content (newsletters, SharePoint, Teams) to drive awareness and participation in learning programs.
- Prepare program summaries and executive updates.
Stakeholder & Vendor Support
- Partner with HRBPs, Learning Champions, leaders, and external vendors to coordinate program delivery.
- Support vendor management (invoicing, documentation) and provide responsive support to learners and stakeholders.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track participation and effectiveness metrics; build reports and dashboards.
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements to program design and delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, or events with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supporting employee development, training, onboarding, or learning initiatives preferred; global or multi-site experience a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with LMS and reporting tools.
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve productivity.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $54,500-$74,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
