Opportunity Overview
- Teradyne is seeking a college intern to join its legal department onsite in the North Reading, Massachusetts office. This is a great opportunity to get exposure and experience with U.S. public company and global entity compliance matters.
- The role is focused on supporting various projects of the corporate legal department.
- Responsibilities will include printing and preparing documents for signature, obtaining signatures (both physical and electronic), notarization and apostille as required based on jurisdictional requirements.
- Scanning, storing, distributing and shipping original documents as required.
- Organizing records, including scanning physical documents to store in digital corporate record books.
- Assist with global corporate entity compliance and follow up on a variety of legal projects under the supervision of the Legal Operations. Legal projects may include support for class action matters, recovery of unclaimed assets, tracking trade association memberships, legal spend management, bankruptcy proof of claim support, development of processes and procedures for compliance and overall efficiency purposes, and assist with opportunities to expand AI enablement in the overall legal operations.
This will be an on-site position out of our North Reading, MA office, from July-December.

- College student in degree or certification programs for legal or executive administrative assistant, paralegal, or juris doctorate
- Willing to learn, detail oriented and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$47.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
