Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a Material Controller position for our N. Reading MA facility.
This role supports Defense and Aerospace production by managing material flow and ensuring accuracy of floor inventory.
In this role, you will:
- Managing the material on the production floor.
- Responsible for cycle counts, work order maintenance, and communication with the stock room to verify material availability.
- Work closely with buyers to determine when material is due.
- Support production personnel with material requests from stock.
- Handle all aspects of product shipments including paperwork, packaging, and delivering material to Shipping.
- Work with suppliers for defective material returns (RMAs).

- Previous experience as a material controller is required.
- Knowledge of Oracle 11i.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $39,300 -$62,900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
