Opportunity Overview
Under general supervision, performs duties in one or more of the following areas: shipping, receiving, warehousing and office deliveries. Prepares related documentation and maintains files / records as required.
Shipping activities include checking goods against shipping documents and authorizations; packing goods for shipment according to specifications, equipment characteristics, assign transportation methods, verifying identification and quality of product; preparing bills of lading; posting weight and other shipping details utilizing shipping carrier websites.
Receiving activities include receipt and unpacking of goods; checking against bills of lading, packing slips, identification, quantity while maintaining records and routing of material to stores or other destinations. Must enter correct receipt information into the operating system to generate a material document. Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds repeatedly.
Warehouse activities include picking products, cycle counting, sorting work orders and put-aways using barcode equipment and associated stockroom software applications.
Understanding of building layout and making internal recording and deliveries of packages / mail. May at times require travel to the local Post Office to drop off certified letters for Legal, Tax and HR depts.

Experience and Training:
Completion of High School or equivalent.
Ability to operate material handling equipment along with 1-2 years of related experience is desired.
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $43,040-$54,760. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
