  • Warehouse Hi‑Lift Operator responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving materials at elevated heights in a warehouse. Pick and stage orders according to work orders, pick lists, or RF scanner instructions.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and documenting material movement.
  • Follow warehouse safety protocols, including PPE use, speed limits, and load‑handling rules.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as palletizing, shrink‑wrapping, and organizing storage areas.
  • Keep aisles and work areas clean to prevent hazards and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift or PIT certification (or ability to obtain).
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating high‑reach forklifts or similar elevated‑platform equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work at heights.
  • Basic computer or RF scanner skills for inventory tracking.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $54,400-$87,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
