Opportunity Overview:
Operations NPI Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the successful introduction of new products by assisting in the planning, execution, and closure of NPI projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to effectively partner with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and external contract manufacturers
Core Responsibilities Include:
- NPI Development & Ramp Management
- Plan and execute all builds and ramp activities for new products, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and CM teams.
- Drive to milestones & manage schedules (design, engineering builds, pilot, full production ramp), ensuring readiness in materials, equipment, fixtures, documentation, and training.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as primary operations interface to product development and module engineering teams.
- Delegate tasks, manage resource allocation, and ensure project alignment across internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Project Planning & Monitoring
- Define project scope, create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and associated communication docs.
- Monitor progress, update stakeholders, manage dependencies, critical paths, budgets, and resource needs.
- Conduct post-mortems, document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvements.
- Identify risks, perform mitigation planning, and address issues affecting , Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Availability goals.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Experience & Education - Bachelor’s degree, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4–7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in new product introductions or operations.
- Technical & Operational Expertise - Strong understanding of NPI processes, phase methodology, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and SAP/ERP or similar systems.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $81,400-$130,300. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
