Opportunity Overview

Teradyne is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our team in North Reading, MA. This role is critical in realizing complex high-voltage analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit designs for our advanced product lines.

• Lead PCB design efforts for high-density, high-layer-count boards
• Develop layouts that meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements
• Collaborate with hardware engineering and manufacturing teams
• Build and validate PCB designs using advanced EDA tools
• Support design reviews and mentor junior designers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM/DFT and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5–15 years of PCB design experience in high-speed, high-voltage systems
• Expertise in analog layout, signal/power integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro and related EDA tools
• Experience with PCB design constraint capture and DFM/DFT practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding design teams
• IPC certification preferred
• ITAR certification a plus

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $64,400 - $103,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
