This senior, hands-on role translates business needs into clear requirements, well-configured solutions, and dependable processes that move product data from design through the shop floor.
The role facilitates requirements workshops, shapes solution design with architects and developers, guides testing and rollout, and continuously improves the digital thread across Teamcenter, Opcenter, and ERP. The successful candidate will partner with global stakeholders and implementation teams to deliver scalable, configuration-first solutions and reliable user support.
- Lead requirements workshops and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and fit-gap recommendations.
- Develop functional designs for Teamcenter PLM and Opcenter MES processes, including BOM and change management, workflows, manufacturing planning, work orders, routings, electronic work instructions, traceability, non-conformance, and quality data collection.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver configuration-first solutions and integrations across Teamcenter, Opcenter, and ERP platforms.
- Build dependable data practices by coordinating mapping, cleansing, migration, governance, master-data standards, reporting, and KPIs for parts, BOMs, documents, and routings.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, release sign-off, upgrades, site rollouts, training, and Level 2/3 functional support through go-live and hypercare.
- Partner with global business owners, plant users, implementation partners, and IT management to prioritize scope, improve adoption, resolve root causes, and continuously simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
