Opportunity Overview
The Product Manager intern for Global Customer Services will be responsible for projects related to market research, service pricing assessment, and service product offerings. Responsibilities include project planning, collaborating with global team members, and presenting progress and results. Tasks will include synthesizing data, evaluating product structure, and making recommendations for improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detail service level entitlements across global customers, summarize differences, and recommend a harmonized proposal, including change management considerations
- Develop pricing model for new service offerings
- Work with global teams to detail and align transactional service offerings and price points

- Current student in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing/Business.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables) and the Microsoft suite.
- A problem solver with a positive attitude.
- English fluency required.
- Must reside in or around the Boston area.
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $20.50-$34.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
