Opportunity Overview

The Product Manager Intern - Analytics for Global Customer Services will be responsible for projects related to market research, service pricing analysis, and service product offerings.  Responsibilities include project planning, collaborating with global team members, and presenting progress and results.  Tasks will include synthesizing data, evaluating product structure, and making recommendations for improvements. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze service package pricing, summarize results, and develop a product structure proposal
  • Synthesize global customer pricing and identify trends and potential marketing strategies
  • Develop an improved product lifecycle plan, assess investment requirements, and generate business proposal

  • Current student in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing/Finance/Business.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables) and the Microsoft suite.
  • A problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • English fluency required.
  • Must reside in or around the Boston area.

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $20.50-$34.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
