Opportunity Overview
As a Defense &Aerospace Product Manager, you will be partnering and working with the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams. This position gives you the opportunity to develop new product requirements, implement customer required solutions and provide product pricing.
You will be working closely with Sales, Systems Engineering and the Product Management team on achieving financial and market goals, and with Manufacturing on planning, execution and delivery. The Product Manager will also work closely with Engineering to ensure the products are closely aligned with customer needs and market trends.

  • Convert customer needs to requirements for engineering projects
  • Become expert with respect to applications, alternative solutions, and the competition
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing on planning, scheduling, and delivering products to exceed customer expectations
  • Support the Sales team members on key sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure alignment between products and customer needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test systems, instrumentation, or automation
  • Demonstrated success in developing customer based solutions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Aerospace and Defense experience preferred
  • National travel up to 20% to customer sites
