Opportunity Overview

The Project Administrator Co‑Op provides hands‑on support to project and program teams by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely execution of milestones.

 

This is an onsite position in North Reading starting in June and ending at the end of August.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and action items.

- Prepare and update project documentation.

- Schedule meetings and capture minutes.

- Collect and report project metrics.

- Support continuous improvement activities.

Required:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

- Experience with project tracking tools.

 

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

 

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$47.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
