Opportunity Overview - Rotational Program
The Operations Rotation Program is an engaging 18-month initiative tailored for recent college graduates who want to dive deep into our technical operational processes, develop a diverse skill set, and foster meaningful professional connections. This is a unique opportunity to bridge your engineering degree with essential business acumen. Participants will rotate through essential technical operational functions, such as High Volume Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, and Supply Base Management. This program aims to equip individuals with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, setting the stage for future leadership opportunities within the company.
- Rotational Assignments: Participate in a series of rotational assignments across different operational function groups including High Volume Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, and Supply Base Management.
- Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities not just locally but lightly traveling abroad to build leadership skills and gain a deep understanding of the company's operations and culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Field Service, and Continuing Hardware Engineering, to ensure alignment and drive operational excellence.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, operational performance, and other key metrics to senior management.

- Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A strong Electrical Engineering candidate will have proficiency in reading printed circuit board electrical schematics, component data sheets, and using PC layout tools such as Cadence Allegro.
- A strong Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering candidate will have proficiency with tolerance loop analysis, thermal management in electronics, soldering methodologies and solid modeling tools such as Solidworks
- Relevant internship or project experience working with component suppliers and Electronic Manufacturing Service providers.
- Knowledge of quality management, failure analysis, six-sigma, 8D and lean methodologies.
- Proficient in measurement techniques and process controls for yield analysis, statistics CP/CPK, and normal distributions is a plus.
- High level of initiative, a proactive approach to tasks and projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility for occasional short term domestic or international travel (>15% expected travel)

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $63,000-$100,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
