Opportunity Overview
The UX/UI Software Engineering team in North Reading, MA is looking for an intern with web UI / frontend experience to join our team and
help us build a robust Design System with React components. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning, developing high quality
software, and solving complex problems.
- Balance various tasks related to requirements definition and analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of development
- This role has some hybrid flexibility however the candidate must be able to work on-site at the North Reading office.

- Experience developing web UIs using React
- Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, JIRA
- Able to clearly express your ideas and concepts both written and verbally
Preferred Experience and Requirements:
- Familiarity with development lifecycles including Agile
- Knowledge or prior usage of a design system component library.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly interfaces
- Experience using UX design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Windows desktop UI frameworks (e.g., XAML) and C# is a plus
Education
- Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
- GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership qualities through projects or extracurricular activities

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$42.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
