What are we looking for? 

We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Requirements & IT Delivery Project Manager to join our IT team who excels at understanding business requirements, translating these into technical project plans, and leads implementation with technical teams to ensure success across the larger organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Strategic Large Account Program Management team to create a cohesive IT strategy aligning with commercial contract obligations and our growing business needs. You will drive cross-functional projects spanning Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Microsoft Power BI. 


Responsibilities:
 

  • Contract Analysis & Translation
  • Partner with Program Management to interpret complex contractual requirements and ensure they are understood, documented, and included in strategic project plans
  • Translate business requirements into IT system requirements which can then be actioned on by IT and other cross-functional teams 
  • Advise on new contracts and assess risk from an IT perspective, through discussions with internal IT and cybersecurity stakeholders  

IT Architecture & Technical Oversight:

  • Understand and challenge the broader IT architecture, including integration points across multiple applications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business needs
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the technical setup across all relevant applications
  • Project Management & Scrum Leadership
  • Act as project manager and Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing budgets
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure iterative delivery
  • Communicate regular updates and risks on IT projects by simplifying technical details into business terms for leadership and other non-technical teams  

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Build strong relationships across program management, sales, service and IT to foster collaboration and shared accountability
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation among diverse technical and non-technical groups

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 7–12 years of experience in IT project management, contract management, or technical analysis, preferably in robotics, manufacturing, or technology sectors. 

  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management credentials. 

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and contract obligations in complex organizations. 

  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, system integration, and technical documentation. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience with ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing systems is highly valued. 

  • Ability to generate and present reports on project and contract performance.
