Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a proactive and integrity-driven Supplier Quality Engineer Intern to support quality management for electromechanical suppliers across the Asia-Pacific region (including China). You will gain hands-on experience in supplier audits, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, while assisting in daily operational tasks. 

• Supplier Quality Management

• Assist in auditing Asia-Pacific suppliers (including Chinese documentation and on-site evaluations), document issues, and drive corrective actions. 
• Track CAPA implementation and report progress regularly. 

• Quality Inspection & Data Analysis

• Work with EMS factory on supplier related issues, generating related quality reports. 
• Analyze supplier quality data (e.g., defect rates, RMA) to identify trends and propose improvements. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Join team meetings to support quality issue resolution (e.g., 8D reports, root cause analysis). 
• Assist in administrative tasks (e.g., documentation, meeting minutes, translation).

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields with latest CGPA of 3.20. 
• Must be fluent in Chinese & English (written/spoken) on technical documentation and meetings. 
• Proficient in Excel or Power BI for data analysis (e.g., PivotTables, charts). 
• Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA) or statistical software (Minitab) is a plus.
• Applicants with Integrity, accountability, and teamwork spirit attitude is a plus.
• Curiosity-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to multitasking. 
• Preferred applicants with limited experience but strong learning agility. 
• Preferred internship period at least 3 months and above. (Extendable/conversion if possible) 
• Work location: Mainland Penang (Simpang Ampat area), Malaysia.
