Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead definition and integration of test cell solutions for evolving customer requirements. This person identifies essential requirements and invents creative solutions, working closely with Product Marketing to understand customer needs, and with Product Development to implement new designs. 
 

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include: 

  • Engage customers to clarify requirements, make commitments and manage expectations when appropriate 

  • Define test cell requirements and align solution elements 

  • Align ecosystem partnerships to offer full breadth of test insertions and test, handling, thermal capabilities 

  • Coordinate and manage execution of engineering teams to deliver necessary hardware, software and applications to enable cell integration 

  • Coordinate and manage partnership deliverables 

  • Coordinate reference test cell integration and drive related deliverables, document results  

  • Maintain knowledge base of tested and deployed test cells and capabilities 

  • Define and launch projects to close technology gaps

  • Minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with minimum 12 years of experience.  

  • Experience with semiconductor production, including responsibilities associated with capital equipment used for test, is required. 

  • Experience integrating production test cells, including test interface definition and design and device thermal management, is preferred. 

  • Initiative and drive to bring innovative and challenging products to market. 

  • Disciplined and methodical engineering rigor and careful attention to detail. 

  • Leadership and communication skills for effective influence with customers, internal teammates, and suppliers worldwide.
