Opportunity Overview:
We are recruiting for a Material Handler within our New Product Introduction Group (NPI-Pilot Line team) to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving of materials coming in and going out of the NPI group (not in a warehouse).
The ideal candidate will have strong interest in shipping and receiving, hands-on experience with various tools and equipment as well as the ability to be on site 5x week.
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
- Pulling and verifying materials and supplies on production orders.
- Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.
- Collaborate with and assist other departments as needed.
- Warehouse activities include picking products, cycle counting, sorting work orders and put always using barcode equipment and associated stockroom software applications.

- The ability to be on site 5 days a week.
- Hands on crating systems and using hand tools such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers to build crates, etc.
- 1-2 years of related experience is desired.
- Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $44,700 - $71,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
