Opportunity Overview
As a Senior Electro‑Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the development of integrated mechanical and power system designs for advanced semiconductor test equipment. This role requires strong cross‑disciplinary collaboration, combining mechanical design expertise with electrical and power system integration to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions.
- Lead the design and development of electro‑mechanical subsystems, integrating mechanical structures with power distribution and electrical components
- Translate system‑level requirements into robust, manufacturable designs that meet performance, reliability, and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with electrical and systems engineers on power distribution, cabling, grounding, and component integration
- Design and package electrical hardware (e.g., breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs) within mechanical architecture
- Drive prototype build, test, and debug activities, owning issues through root cause and resolution
- Support product development lifecycle activities, including design reviews, DFM/DFA, and supplier engagement

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of electro‑mechanical design experience
- Strong mechanical design expertise across sheet metal, machined components, and structural/thermal considerations
- Proven experience integrating electrical and power systems into mechanical designs, including high‑voltage or 3‑phase systems
- Working knowledge of electrical infrastructure such as cabling, harnessing, grounding, breakers, relays, and PLCs
- Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and product data management systems
- Experience with prototype build, system‑level debugging, and cross‑functional collaboration in product development environments
Additional Information
- Familiarity with semiconductor test equipment or similar complex systems is a plus
- Knowledge of power distribution architecture, EMI/EMC, grounding, or FEA analysis is beneficial
- This is an on‑site role with regular collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $133,800 - $214,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
