Organization & Role


The Teradyne Sales Operations team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic APAC Sales Operations Manager to support the APAC Sales group within the Semiconductor Test Division. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations. In this role you will play an integral part in developing our customer sales strategy. As the APAC Sales Operations Manager, you will enable the sales organization to carry out Teradyne’s strategies and achieve long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales and operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Become an expert of our existing sales processes and tools and identify areas open to process improvement.
  • Train new sales team members on our tools and processes, including regular training sessions with the team.
  • Work with the marketing and sales team to establish the appropriate pricing for new deals, including managing Teradyne’s overall pricing portfolio.
  • Own the commercial deal process from end to end.
  • Ability to create executive level reports and present on the information.
  • Manage the sales business analytics group.
  • Track forecast changes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends.
  • Assist the incentives manager with the incentive process when needed.

 

Experience
 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience)
  • 3-5 years related experience in a Sales Operations role

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication & motivational skills
  • Well versed in CRM and lead-generation systems
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to travel 20%
