Customer Production Support Engineer (GCS) | Location: Korea
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support (hardware/software) to customers and production sites
- Participate in 24x7 on-call services as needed
- Engage in productivity improvement and cost reduction projects
- Support debugging and release of new test programs
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, share technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment
- Experience in test program debugging and production support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Korean preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teradyne and related equipment
- Experience in quality improvement (QIT, TQM, etc.) and project leadership
- Familiarity with internal systems such as e-Knowledge, e-Support
