Opportunity Overview

• Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Asia, China and Taiwan.
• Monitor quarter end results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded properly.
• Prepare quarterly internal reporting package for the regions and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Prepare quarter end variance explanations for the internal management financial package.
• Consolidate Asia reports for Asia SEG director management
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures to support the team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience using data to drive decision making.
• Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed.
• A team player and work cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner. 
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Adaptive preferred
• Process improvement focus.
• Quarterly travel to Taiwan is needed

Minimum education and work experience required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis preferred
• Good English skills.
