Opportunity Overview

  • Responsible for end-to-end service parts order processing, including receiving parts requirement from customers, checking customer info and address, entering customer orders into the system, confirming product specifications, quantities, prices, and ensuring service types and parts delivery commitment.
  • Coordinating cross-functional resources like Field team, production, planning, track order status and guarantee order fulfillment.
  • Monitor issues in the parts order flow process, coordinate for resolution.
  • Handle special requirements, including urgent orders, key customer self-pickup arrangements
  • Act as the focal contact between the company and customer regarding any parts support related questions.
  • Support finance team to collect the payment from customers.
  • Maintain the log of the request from customer and prepare parts service reports.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

  • 1~2 years’ experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations, preferably in Semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial automation industries, with proven ability to manage complex order workflows.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills, managing multiple orders simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and maintaining attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
  • Customer oriented, passionate to resolve issues.
  • Adequate English reading & writing skills, capable of completing task in one international environment and ability to interact with domestic customers and international TER functions.
  • College degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration
