Opportunity Overview

• Support to track the invoice from customer and ensure payment
• Handle customer complaints and offer solutions
• Track and follow up order issue report, and feedback to related person/parties.
• Prepare data and information materials according to customer needs (Customs declaration data, spare parts information) to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• As a communication bridge between the Logistics/Parts Order and other functions, ensure accurate and timely information transmission.
• Organize and archive department files, reports, contracts, and other documents to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality
• Organize and coordinate team meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on meeting resolutions

• College Degree, major in Logistics, or Administrative Management is preferred.
• Adequate English reading & writing skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle cross-function coordination
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
