Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include: Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
- Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team.
- Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.
- Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum Experience: 10 years minimum experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor related industry.
- Professional Requirements: Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.
- Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Significant experience in creating and leading a team strategically to proactively manage customer relationships.
- Over 5 years’ experience in exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.
- Willing to travel domestically over 50% rate.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
