Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibilities include: Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
  • Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team. 
  • Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors. 
  • Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.

 

 

 

Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum Experience: 10 years minimum experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor related industry.  
  • Professional Requirements: Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.  
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.  
  • Significant experience in creating and leading a team strategically to proactively manage customer relationships.  
  • Over 5 years’ experience in exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.
  • Willing to travel domestically over 50% rate.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
