Project scope/ Objective:

• Support the development of a service dashboard, revenue tracking, Product cost analysis, service quality dashboard and margin analysis. 
• Create an automated workflow for service cost, quotation and apply AI techniques to identify business opportunities by region and service type.

Key Responsibilities:

      1.    Workflow Automation

      •     Design automated workflows for service quotation and approval processes.

      •     Integrate quoting workflow with revenue and cost tracking systems.

      •     Build automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Zapier.

      2.    Data Analysis

      •     Collect and clean historical service data.

      •     Analyze revenue, cost, and margin performance.

      •     Build analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.

      3.    Dashboard Development

      •     Create dashboards showing:

      •     Cost, Revenue trends by customer accounts

      •     Margin by service category

      •     Performance by region

      •     Use tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

      4.    AI Opportunity Analysis

      •     Apply basic Machine Learning models to identify:

      •     High-margin service areas

      •     Regions with revenue growth opportunities

      •     Underperforming service segments

Technical Skills/ Preferred experience with:

      •     Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

      •     Python or SQL

      •     Power BI
