[Customer Service Specialist]
Customer Service Specialist helps to manage the financial data, logistics and administrative tasks for the GCS Groups.  This person also needs to have customer service skills since frequent customer and vendor interaction is required.

These tasks include:

Customer Service

  • Prepare service and hardware quotations based on latest customer’s agreement and Teradyne T&C
  • Input the data to customer ERP for the labor supportMonitor the ERP for Quote - PO-invoicing process.
  • Outsourcing service vendors management, service report tracking, invoicing.
  • Manage invoicing schedule and issue in Oracle for GCS 

 

General Administrative and Logistics tasks

  • Documentation and filing for the teamApply visa for employees entering from the countries needed               
  • Import/Export shipment management with proper document preparation
  • Team support – coordinating team activities, collecting team information upon manager’s request, T&E tracking, customer site entry permit application
  • Onsite reports sorting and filing 

 

Vendor management

  • Manage PR/PO issuance to vendors upon request then follow up with delivery and invoicing.

 

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of: EXCEL, Oracle/SAP ERP systems, Datawarehouse
