Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seoul, South Korea, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 year contract). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and building a strong employer brand. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and conduct regular follow‑ups to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for Korea requisitions across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines; proactively source candidates through local job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other professional networks.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams regarding recruiting status and feedback, facilitating timely and effective decision‑making.
  • Prepare salary proposals, extend and negotiate offers with candidates, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding in an engaging and compliant manner, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure a professional, efficient, and high‑quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment-related reports and contribute to continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function by providing analysis and recommendations to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance process quality.
  • Maintain accurate and well‑organized documentation throughout the full recruitment lifecycle and support administrative processes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout all recruitment and onboarding activities.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the high‑tech industry.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience operating in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of various organizational roles and job functions.
