Human Resources Representative

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Seoul, South Korea, for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (5 months contract). The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and building a strong employer brand. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and conduct regular follow‑ups to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for Korea requisitions across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with hiring requirements.
• Conduct new hire onboarding in an engaging and compliant manner, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure a professional, efficient, and high‑quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organized documentation throughout the full recruitment lifecycle and support administrative processes as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout all recruitment and onboarding activities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of various organizational roles and job functions.
