The Sales Support Analyst in EMEA Regional Sales Support team plays a key role within Teradyne Robotics, supporting sales teams, distributors, and customers across the EMEA region. The role enables disciplined execution across the full order‑to‑cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate order processing, high data quality, timely logistics coordination, and compliance with global commercial policies.

The position supports Teradyne Robotics operations across its business units, including Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), and works closely with regional sales teams, distributors, finance, logistics partners, and global operations teams. This role reports to Regional Sales Support Manager.

 

Key responsibilities: 

Order Management & Logistics

  • Own end‑to‑end order processing for robots, spare parts, services, and training using Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order‑related inquiries from SEMEA sales teams and distributors
  • Manage order changes, push‑outs, and cancellations in line with global compliance standards
  • Coordinate customer and partner setup in CRM and ERP systems
  • Support credit applications and account administration in collaboration with finance
  • Manage demo units, loaner robots, and internal investment orders across assigned SEMEA countries for Teradyne Robotics

Financial, Communication & Process Support

  • Communicate operational risks, delays, or issues proactively to sales and regional leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales support processes and data quality
  • Support time‑sensitive and ad hoc requests from EMEA and global leadership

 

Marketing

  • Marketing support as required

Office management

  • Support office management activities as needed


To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in sales operations, order management, customer support, or commercial operations
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills in French and English
  • Experience supporting distributors and indirect sales models in EMEA
  • Exposure to industrial automation, robotics, or B2B technology environments
  • Understanding of order‑to‑cash processes, logistics coordination, and commercial compliance
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization
  • Customer‑ and partner‑oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of system discipline and data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, finance, logistics, and operations
