Opportunity Overview

• Will lead material planning & purchasing team in APAC.
• Be responsible for material planning and purchasing of Ter/HVM own parts as well as overall Inventory rebalancing among all CM sites.
• Be responsible for Ter internal Material purchasing related KPIs (common requirements for Ter/HVM own parts and CMs own parts). Also be responsible for reviewing CM related material purchasing KPIs.

• Weekly PR/PO release.
• Weekly new PO confirmation.
• Weekly MRP action execution- expedite/de-expedite/cancel successful%
• Special control of key commodities- weekly horizontal analysis review,
• Escalation – if any gating issue will impact revenue shipments.

• Be on top of KBL issues of all CMs, seek opportunities to rebalance existing OH, Open PO based on certain priorities to mitigate the impact on revenue shipments.
• Be responsible for purchasing related MRP parameters- period review and update,
• Be responsible for Weekly Ter excess OH sharing with all CMs.
• Be responsible for ECN planning review.
• NPI to HVM transfer, be the gate keeper of NPI to HVM review, under the key criteria of transfer.
• Document and improve material planning and purchasing related process.
• Set up Training plans for MP based at SUZ, PEN and BKK.

• Individual must have BA/BS or equivalent and minimum 10 years’ experience in a material, operations, planning& purchasing related area.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of Material Planning Position requires analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, along with a proven ability to implement solutions to complex problems. Candidate must be able to "juggle" multiple tasks, projects, and process execution responsibilities in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Understanding inside and outside of MRP regen logic, candidates with Oracle and Rapid response experience is a PLUS.
• Data driven, analytical thinking & problem solving. Experienced user of excel, RR and any other data driven analysis tools. CPIM and CSCP certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are a necessity.
