Opportunity Overview

• Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for Digital, High-Speed Digital, System-on-Chip (SoC), Mixed-Signal, and Analog semiconductor devices.
• Demonstrate tester capabilities during product evaluations.
• Assist customers with tester operations and capabilities.
• Provide training, facilitate technical exchanges, and present technical papers.
• Recommend improvements to enhance test coverage quality and optimize test processes.
• Release test solutions to production, including integration with production handlers and probers, as well as performing correlation and Gauge R&R analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test/product engineering for digital devices, with at least 3 years in test development preferred.
• Hands-on programming experience with Teradyne or other ATE platforms; experience with UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in C# .NET or VBA is a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent reasoning and practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently to provide hands-on support and manage project activities.
