Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time with hardware that meets customer specifications
• Provide support for circuit design and board design in cooperation with overseas design centers and domestic design companies
• Create board design specification document, board manufacturing instructions, component mounting and assembly instructions in cooperation with members of the same group
• Support board quality checks, electrical testing, and assembly operations

• 顧客仕様を満たしたハードウェアを納期通りに製品をお客様に提供
• 海外デザインセンター及び国内の設計会社と協力して、回路設計、基板設計の業務サポート
• 同グループメンバーと協力して基板設計仕様書、基板製造指示書、部品実装及び組立指示書の作成
• 基板の品質チェック、電気的試験、組立作業のサポート

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Graduates of engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.) colleges of technology, technical schools, or universities
• At least 3 years of experience in circuit design and board design work, with knowledge of board manufacturing and component mounting technology
• Project management skills
• Communication skillset, and can communicate with different level of people with different background and culture
• Proficiency in Japanese. English is daily conversation level
• Be willing to travel domestically and internationally

• 工学（機械・電気等）の高専、専門学校、大学卒の方
• 回路設計、基板設計業務を3年以上の経験があり、基板製造及び部品実装技術の知見がある方
• プロジェクト管理スキルを持った方
• コミュニケーション能力を有し、異なる背景や文化を持つ様々なレベルの人々とコミュニケーションをとることができる方
• 日本語ネイティブレベル。英語は日常会話レベル
• 国内外への出張が可能な方
