Opportunity Overview

Teradyne Robotics is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate sales processes, analyze business performance, and support members of our Partner Program.

You will play a crucial role in driving our organization’s success by paying attention to governance and compliance, contributing to the integrity of sales opportunities, order processes, and business rules.

Discount Verification – Follow governance procedures to validate correct discounts have been applied to orders and communicate with sales head for approvals.

Reporting and Dashboards - Monitor and retrieve data from Salesforce dashboards and apply custom filtering to identify accounts that need merging.

Data Assessment - Extract, clean, and evaluate account data from the CRM system to identify duplicate data records, new vs. repeat business, and sales activity at UR customers across multiple UR partners.

Data Quality Management - Use separate research within and outside Salesforce CRM to update and combine datapoints on accounts and opportunities records at UR customers.

Coordination - Interact cross-functionally with departments and with third party vendors while consistently meeting deadlines.

System Improvement - Improve process efficiency by escalating opportunities for automated tasks within account merging, duplicate identification, and deal registration processes.

  • Have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially Account structures.
  • Have a strong interest in data evaluations and data architecture.
  • Possess excellent critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid grasp of business processes.
  • Have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Are self-motivated and results-oriented who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
