What you will do:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Making outbound calls to generate UR contract opportunities. Engage with existing customers to build relationships and identify service opportunities.
- Generate and qualify sale opportunities to identify potential service customers.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain customer and asset data.
- Drive awareness and sales of specific services or promotions through special campaigns.
Basic Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good phone, verbal, and written communication skills in the English language
- Must be keen to details.
- Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift.
- Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
