Position Summary:

The Certified System Integrator (CSI) Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial tools, programs, and processes that allow UR to drive growth from its network of Certified System Integrator Partners. This individual will be accountable for enabling the commercial team in the US & Canada to achieve sales goals and sales plans through administration of the CSI program along with creation of new tools and business processes related to CSI management. The CSI Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Channel Development Managers (CDM), Business Development Managers (BDM), and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), who have responsibility for the individual Certified System Integrator relationships. This is a remote position which reports directly to the Regional President of US & Canada.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deployment of enhanced Certified System Integrator program in 2022 and 2023 to create increased engagement with highly valued Universal Robots system integrator partners
  • Continuous review of commercial business processes related to CSIs
  • Identify needed areas of process improvement to enable accelerated revenue growth
  • Work with US / Canada sales team to identify any geographic, industry or application gaps within the CSI network
  • Create new commercial tools and programs for use in expanding CSI relationships
  • Assist the CDMs and BDMs in rapid and effective on-boarding of new CSIs
  • Administration of CSI programs on a quarterly and annual basis, including CSI scorecards and any applicable Market Development Fund (MDF) activities for marketing promotion
  • Collaborate with Regional President in executing any CSI-specific meetings or events
  • Coordinate with US / Canada Channel Program Director to ensure alignment with Distribution Partner management and overall go to market strategy
  • Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual Sales Budget target
  • Must be capable of overnight travel 25% - 50% of time; or as required.



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business or technical subject area (engineering, math, science)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial function roles
  • Strong process orientation, preferably including project management experience
  • Experience working with System Integrators in the industrial market
  • Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project businesses involving highly technical products
  • Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical support
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skillset with previous MS Excel, Business Intelligence and CRM experience
