The Inside Sales Specialist drives pipeline creation and revenue generation in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) through inbound/outbound lead qualification, opportunity creation, and deal progression in close alignment with the field sales team and channel partners. The role carries a distinct quota and is accountable for measurable commercial outcomes including revenue contribution, conversion, and opportunity creation.

 

Key Responsibilities (60–70% Sales Generation & Qualification)

Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Own and execute inbound and outbound sales motions (phone/email/digital) to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities within assigned scope (territory/segment/account list).
  • Convert marketing and partner leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs) by applying structured qualification (need, timing, stakeholders, fit, next steps).
  • Drive meeting setting and next-step commitment with prospects/customers, ensuring clean handover to field sales (or progressing inside-led opportunities where applicable).
  • Re-engage dormant accounts/leads through targeted outreach sequences to unlock new projects and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Support channel partner motions by identifying opportunities, supporting partner engagement, and ensuring opportunities are routed and progressed correctly (partner vs. direct).

Opportunity Progression & Deal Support

  • Progress opportunities through defined stages by coordinating follow-ups, clarifying requirements, and removing friction in early/mid funnel.
  • Maintain strong product and use-case understanding to articulate value propositions and route deeper technical conversations to the right resources.

 

 

Commercial Execution Support (20–30% “Pipeline Discipline”)

Sales Execution & Commercial Operations

  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and discipline: timely stage updates, next steps, close dates, and core fields required for forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide regular activity and pipeline reporting (e.g., weekly funnel movement, lead aging, conversion observations) and support forecasting readiness.
  • Partner closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign feedback loops (lead outcomes, conversion insights, segment feedback).
  • Support the sales leader with selected operational tasks that directly enable pipeline creation and customer responsiveness (prioritized; time-boxed).

 

Required Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrated success in inside sales / sales development / lead qualification in B2B (industrial/automation/tech preferred).
  • Strong phone/email outreach capability, objection handling, disciplined follow-up.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting hygiene.
  • Comfortable working across cultures/languages in CEE;
  • Required: Polish and Czech or Slovak, and strong English required.
  • Ability to coordinate with field sales, marketing, and channel partners; high ownership and structured execution.
