Opportunity Overview
At Universal Robots/Teradyne, our Cooperative Education and Internship program is designed to deliver meaningful, fast paced and real-life work experiences that are relevant to your career and academic goals. Our program offers practical work experience in a business environment, with the opportunity to contribute and add value to the organization. As a Business Intern for the Universal Robots Academy, you will assist with sending and resolving invoices, support the region, and help process reports for training in North America which will directly effect business efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Invoicing NA Academy customers (partners and end users)
• Administration Support for Academy systems
• Reporting and Logistics for Academy
Key Duties and Deliverables:
• Ensure accurate invoicing.
• Resolving invoicing or billing issues flagged by staff or customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support NA Academy staff with administrative duties on Academy systems
• Support NA Academy customers in resolving general questions on account/system
• Support Regional/Partner performance by generating various Academy reports

Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of basic accounting math

• Understanding of data entry and reporting
• Experience with Spreadsheet Software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Education:
• Business Administration
• Finance/Economics/Accounting
Experience:
• Technical Skills, Robotics and Technology a plus
• Experience with Training and Education a plus
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience a plus
Additional Information:
Proximity to Irvine, CA a plus
Hybrid flexibility, but able to come on-site for onboarding training
Part-time internship (20 hours per week or less), starting immediately with opportunity to extend.
