Basic Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing and business strategy to increase brand awareness/reputation and drive traffic.

制定和实施全面的内容营销计划,并与整体市场与业务战略保持一致,以提高品牌知名度和美誉度,并推动流量增长。

  1. Create and manage engaging content across various platform, including websites, blog posts, SoMe, newsletters, email campaign, webinars and video content. Mainly focus on content for the company's WeChat official account and the official short video matrix, including platforms such as Douyin (TikTok) and WeChat Video Accounts.

在各个平台上创建、编辑和管理引人入胜的内容,包括网站、博客文章、社交媒体、新闻简报、电子邮件活动、网络研讨会和视频内容。尤其专注于公司微信公众号以及视频号平台的内容输出。

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support and product management to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

与销售、技术支持和产品等跨职能团队合作,制作符合品牌声音和目标的高质量内容。

  1. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on content engagement and conversion metrics, optimizing content strategies accordingly.

利用分析工具跟踪和报告内容参与度和转化指标,并相应地优化内容策略。

  1. Manage and grow the company’s SoMe presence.

管理并发展公司社交媒体的影响力。

  1. Work closely with central marketing teams to adapt global campaigns and content for the Chinese market, ensuring an understanding of project and campaign positioning within a local context to effectively address the needs of the Chinese audience.

与总部市场团队紧密合作,调整全球活动和内容以适应中国市场,确保理解项目和活动在本地背景中的定位,以有效满足中国受众。

  1. Be able to leverage and localized HQ assets for local content development.

能够利用总部资源进行本地化内容开发。

  1. Conduct market research to identify content trends and new opportunities.

进行市场研究以识别内容趋势和新的机会。

  1. Develop media relations (including industry associations), maintain daily communication with various media outlets (including industry media, technology media, financial media, etc.), proactively deliver brand and marketing content to the media based on business needs, and independently write relevant press releases, as well as monitor, evaluate, and summarize the subsequent effects.

媒体关系的开拓(包括行业协会),与各类媒体的日常对接及维护(包括行业媒体、科技媒体、财经类媒体等),可根据业务需求,定期向媒体主动输送品牌及营销性内容,并能独立完成相关新闻稿的攥写及后续效果的监控、评估及总结汇报。

  1. Responsible for creating various promotional materials for the company (product introductions, brochures, leaflets, PPTs, etc.).

负责公司各种宣传材料(产品介绍、宣传手册、折页、PPT等)等文案的撰写。

  1. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

完成直属领导交办的其他任务。

 

II.          Qualifications& Skills任职资格及技巧

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese, communication, journalism, media or related fields.

本科及以上学历,中文、传播学、新闻学、传媒等相关专业毕业。

  1. Over 3 years of experience in content marketing; experience in industrial sector is preferred.

3年以上内容营销相关经验,尤其有工业行业内容营销经验者优先。

  1. Strong writing, editing and communication skills, excellent text organization, fluent expression, ability to master various writing styles, and flexibility to switch between different tones.

具有较强的写作、编辑及沟通能力,出色的文字组织能力,表达流畅,能驾驭各种文风,并可以于不同文案风格间任意切换。

  1. Passionate about content creation, clear thinking, active creative mindset, strong logic and insight, sensitive to current events and news updates, able to organize language promptly, and respond on social media platforms (mainly WeChat).

热爱内容创作工作,思路清晰,创意思维活跃,逻辑性和洞察力强,对热点事件、新闻动态敏感,能够及时组织语言,在自媒体上(微信为主)做出响应。

  1. Innovative mindset, sense of responsibility, ambition, teamwork spirit, good communication skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to adapt quickly to the work environment.

有创新意识、责任心、进取心与团队合作精神,擅于沟通,具有良好的抗压能力,能快速适应工作环境。

  1. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Video editing would be a plus.

熟练使用Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign或者视频剪辑软件尤佳。

  1. Good command of English in both verbal and written.

优秀的口语和书面英语表达能力。
