We’re looking for a hands-on, self-driven, commercially sharp Channel Program Manager to lead the rollout and optimization of our Partner Program across EMEA. This role is central to shaping how we grow with partners—linking incentive schemes, performance tracking, and operational excellence to clear business outcomes.
You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Sales Support, and HQ, ensuring partners are supported, informed, and motivated to deliver. Strong business acumen and understanding of how partner incentives drive top-line growth and bottom-line results are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and implementation of Partner Programs across EMEA, in collaboration with regional sales teams
- Coordinate information flow to partners: updates, incentives, documentation, communication packs, and reports
- Act as a central contact for partner-related topics across HQ, EMEA leadership, Sales, and Sales Support
- Support contract management processes with partners
- Drive partner landscape mapping and contribute to optimizing the partner network
- Develop and standardize partner management processes across regions
- Create and maintain standard work processes to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
- Own and manage partner performance reporting including dashboard development and improvement
- Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights for partner performance and coverage
- Develop, maintain, and support QBR templates and content, ensuring data consistency and strategic value
- Define and monitor KPIs for partner programs and initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform improvements

For you to have success in the position as a Channel Development Manager EMEA at UR we imagine you are having:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of partner/channel dynamics across various partner types (Distribution, OEM, Ecosystem, System Integrators) and comes with +5 years of experience
- Proven ability to connect incentives and programs to commercial outcomes
- Experience in multi-country, multinational environments
- Multilingual preferred (English required; additional EMEA languages a plus)
- Self-starter with a drive to win and improve, not afraid to challenge or lead
- Comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to design and refine processes that scale across regions
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, detail-focused and execution-oriented
- Fluent in data analytics and KPI development to drive insights and accountability
You possess emotional intelligence and self-drive along with strong organizational abilities, coupled with a motivation for sales, relationship-building and meeting customer needs. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
