We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Specialist to drive activities and demand generation across Western Europe, with a strong emphasis on event marketing and partner/co-marketing.
This role is responsible for planning and executing high-impact, locally relevant marketing programs that directly support sales pipeline growth—especially through events, exhibitions, partner initiatives, and regional field execution. You will act as a key execution lead for Western Europe, translating EMEA strategy into scalable, repeatable programs while navigating a multi-country, multi-partner environment.
The position is based in Münich, but you have the willingness to travel across Europe for events, team meetings and partner activities is expected.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, you will work closely with regional marketing management, sales teams, partners, and EMEA stakeholders, and you will actively support and assist events across the EMEA region as needed.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Event & Experience Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize a portfolio of events, exhibitions, partner events, and regional experiences across Europe.
- Act as a regional on-site marketing lead for Tier 1 events, ensuring strong messaging alignment, activation, partner coordination, and lead capture.
- Ensure strong post-event follow-up and sales alignment, including clear lead handling frameworks and next steps.
- Build repeatable event playbooks (before, during, after) to improve consistency and performance across countries.
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Collaborate closely with integrators, distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners across Western Europe.
- Co-develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that expand reach, strengthen partnerships, and support revenue growth (e.g. joint events, partner campaigns, shared content, regional roadshows).
- Support partners with campaign toolkits, messaging, activation guidance, and measurable goals.
- Balance EMEA consistency with strong local relevance.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-driven, structured marketer who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and enjoys being close to execution, particularly events and partner marketing.
You bring:
- 4+ years field marketing experience in B2B technology, automation, industrial, or related industries
- Proven experience executing event-led and partner-driven demand generation
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
- Strong collaboration skills with sales and channel teams
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- A data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
