Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a part-time intern to work on our Universal Robots Inside Service Sales team and assist with the following tasks:
- Booking meeting appointments – book meeting appointments with customers either face-to-face or online to discuss service offerings and address customer needs
- Creating opportunities and follow-up – develop service sales opportunities
- Preparation of UR Care quotes – prepare UR Care agreements and calculate quotations
- Follow up on UR Care quotes – reach out to customers to address any concerns or questions related to quotes
- Follow up on repair quotes – follow up with customers to address any concerns or questions related to quotes
- Turn quotes into orders – follow up with customers on quotes and turn quotes into orders
- Service promotion – promote service products to customers
- Managing orders – ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of service orders
- Providing commercial customer support – deliver high-quality support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Gathering customer feedback – collect and report customer feedback
- Maintaining Salesforce and AX database – ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and service data
- Develop and document processes - help develop and document processes for Service Sales and cross-functional collaboration between departments

- Currently enrolled in a program studying Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Located within commutable distance to Novi, Michigan
- Available immediately on a part-time basis (less than 20 hours per week)
- Strong communication
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in sales environment
- Proven adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skillset
