In this position you will be at the center of a new business growth initiative!
You will play a key role in getting the strategy and great ideas off the ground, keen to share your experience and educate the organization. You know how to drive big initiatives to success, are passionate about the business and excel in driving outcomes of marketing programs and initiatives.

You reside in the global marketing team and are responsible for defining and developing the global account base marketing strategy and plan, across regions, markets, industries, and applications. You work with global and regional sales and marketing to get it activated. And you monitor and report on performance and outcomes supported by the marketing operations manager!

 

Your core responsibilities will be: 

  • Responsible for account base marketing target for new and existing business across UR’s and partners portfolio, multiple industries and regions
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders, global and regional sales & marketing leaders, to identify a list of target accounts
  • Define value proposition, target audience and personas for targeted accounts and develop a strategy to increase awareness, consideration and decision with 1:1, 1:few and 1:many tactics
  • Drive ABM program and campaigns through key teams engaged in the customer journey, like brand, PR, digital, event, marketing automation and nurture
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for top priority accounts in partnership with sales
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to build tailored messaging to attract and engage target accounts
  • Develop and drive metrics to measure and report on the success of ABM campaigns
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to drive outcomes, understand and implement best practices for continued improvement and efficiency
  • Work with the digital team to align the digital strategy and funnel with ABM work streams

 

We would love if you can say YES to majority of the below experiences and/or qualities:

    • 10+ years’ experience with customer centric marketing & the industry/segment/account base marketing discipline
    • Works independently and thrives delivering marketing results through multiple teams
    • Strong executive presence, leadership skills and stakeholder management experience
    • Demonstrated ability and experience managing projects and budgets
    • Data driven history in developing demand generation, pipeline-building and revenue winning marketing strategy and programs across the customer journey
    • Deep understanding of the demand generation waterfall and metrics
    • Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
    • Competent user of Microsoft Power BI, Power Point, Word and Excel, including the use of Pivot tables, reporting, charts
    • Been in highly complex technology industries like IT or automation is a plus
    • Having had roles in Business Development and Sales is a plus
