Roles and Responsibilities
 

You will join a fast-growing and successful robotics company, where nothing is impossible. You will be a part of our award- winning Training and Education department located in Odense, where you will join a fantastic team with diverse skillsets. As our Curriculum Developer, you will be focusing on developing world class training materials for our in-class and simulator-based instructor-led courses. You will ensure courses are well integrated across global Academy, analyze market need for future courses and guarantee UR Academy has the best and most relevant training materials for our online simulator-based classes and in-class trainings.
 

In addition, you will:
 

  • Design, develop and write training curriculum for instructor-led classes online and in-class
    • Trainer materials w. speaker notes
    • Handouts to participants i.e., workbook, reference guide etc.
  • Define, Conceptualize, and write new specific classes offered only through simulator in close collaboration with other Academy stakeholders
  • Update and maintain current curriculum
  • Assist in developing, localizing and maintaining e-learning
  • Update courses to stay current
  • Implement training courses globally
  • Implement content changes


 

Qualifications and experience
 

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related subject. You Could also be an Industrial Designer or an educator with a technical background. Most importantly, you have experience from a similar position working with product training.

In addition, you have:
 

  • An ability to transform highly technical information into easily understandable learning material
  • Documented experience with development of curriculum
  • Documented practical experience within a technical field
  • Experience with authoring tool or other software to manage documents and languages
  • Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, and/or specialty training
  • A solid Understanding of how people learn most effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge.
  • A good understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within them
  • Professional writing skills with a minimum of three years of experience developing and writing training materials
  • High English proficiency
